This person is responsible for leasing up the building and fulfilling occupancy goals. The consultant will assist with implementing and designing the marketing plan including community outreach. They will also be responsible for customer service, preparing leases and implementing the renewal program.
Position Requirements
„« Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in a luxury building of 200+ units in NYC.
„« Minimum of two (2) years of marketing experience.
„« Proficient in managing an internal applicant database
„« Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills
„« Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team of professionals
„« Must be meticulous to detail and well organized, with the ability to follow instructions and stay within budget guidelines.ƒn
„« Superb customer service skills
„« Must have strong computer skills, including Yardi and knowledge of MS Office ƒn
„« Must have strong closing skills
„« Must be available to work weekends and nights
Licenses
„« New York State Real Estate License
